Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or contracts. Generally, fees are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts and to engage collection agencies or legal counsel to recover unpaid amounts.
We understand that during our business relationship, you may share confidential and proprietary information. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

For clients located in other EU member states, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence for matters related to consumer rights.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete any content or data associated with your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and to resume performance as soon as practicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on zenproxilovartiquma.top. Your continued use of our services after such posting will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or prominent website notice.
